Fires of 1918 Museum

The  new Event Center  in the Fires of 1918 Museum is ready and waiting for you.  The room was completed in 2014 and has a capacity of up to 120 seated at tables and of 175 in rows of chairs.  We have 19 six foot rectangular tables which can seat either 6 or 8, (round tables would have to be rented) and 120 comfortable folding chairs.  There is adequate parking and the building is completely handicapped accessible with beautiful restrooms.  Unfortunately, at this time, food must be prepared off site as we only have 2 refrigerators and a small microwave available for use.  We do have many serving dishes and utensils for your use if needed.  We have held a variety of events including baby and bridal showers, retirement parties, anniversaries, sit down dinners and many meetings and seminars and even a small wedding.  The rental rates are very reasonable and you would be able to serve alcohol if needed.  Please call Natalie at 218-485-4679 for a visit or to reserve the room for that special occasion.  See pictures included.
